Breakfast... latte, toast with peanut butter and honey, overripe pear. What is it with pears?! I love them but it's so hard to eat them in that perfect five minutes between rock hard and slimy.
Lunch: Leftover enchiladas, potato corn chowder, 2 crackers with cheese, pineapple.
Dinner: Salad. The weather today was perfect so we ate dinner outside.
Spinach, green peppers, carrot, green onions, tomato, apple, craisins, cheese, quorn breaded chick'n patty. Creamy poppyseed dressing.
